This retreats is designed to help participants escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect with nature and their inner selves. The retreat is held in the tranquil setting of Spirit Pines, a beautiful forested area that provides a peaceful and serene environment and surrounding areas.

The daily forest retreat is designed to be a comprehensive experience for the mind, body, and spirit. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in various activities that promote mindfulness, meditation and reflection. These activities are designed to help participants relax, rejuvenate, and find inner peace.

How It Works

Spirit Pines Wellness's daily forest retreat for mental wellbeing typically follow a structured schedule that includes a variety of activities aimed at promoting mindfulness, meditation,journaling and reflection. Here's a general overview of how the retreats work:

Daily Retreats run Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (rain or shine)

with limited participants of 6 people

​

  1. Arrival and Check-in: The day is scheduled from 9 til 4(ish). Participants arrive at the retreat and check in with the staff. They are given an overview of the schedule and rules.

  2. Orientation: Participants are introduced to the facilitators and staff who will be guiding them through the retreat. They are given an overview of the retreat's purpose and goals, and the facilitators explain the various activities that will take place during the retreat. Please bring comfortable clothes for walks in the forest and on the beach. You may want an extra change of clothes with you and a beach towel.

  3. Daily Activities: Each day of the retreat typically begins with a guided meditation and various activities such as forest bathing, journaling, energy healing, floral therapy, and more.

  4. Lunch: The retreat includes healthy and nutritious meal that is specially prepared to support physical wellbeing. Please let us know if you have any dietary concerns.
