Well, it has been a long while since our last post. For that I apologize. Actually I have to give credit where credit deserves. We have a talented web team that did the posts for me. Those were not my words. That is my problem. I have been inundated with information on the dos and don'ts of how to write a blog. How long it needs to be to get recognition... Even, how to use someone else's words and call them my own. This is not us. We want to be authentic and true to ourselves, to share our knowledge and life experiences with you.
Our goal is to help you have a happier life. To help you simplify life. Period.
So in coming posts, it might be short and sweet, or long and detailed.. maybe a recipe or two.
We have gone through major transitions and growth which has changed the way we want to have Spirit Pines Wellness serve our clients and communities. This includes us being without a home, to building our home in the Borial Forest.. but I digress. This blog is all about you.
